KWICK HOUSE Timber building kits

About KWICK HOUSE

KWICK HOUSE is a brand of timber building kits for self-assembly. The kits are sold by SIA Tuuya, a company registered in Latvia. There are six types: log cabins, summer houses, glamping pods, garages and carports, BBQ huts and outdoor saunas. You get the timber parts, with the drawings and instructions for your model. Everything comes on pallets, on a lorry with no crane, so unloading is up to you. You arrange the foundation and the assembly. If a part is missing or damaged, we replace it free of charge, and the timber structure has a 10-year warranty.

From €1,290. See all 44 kits.

What we sell, and where we stop

There are 44 kits in six categories, from a 4.5 m² BBQ hut to a 170 m² log cabin.

The price of a kit covers the timber structure and the drawings and instructions to build it. Apart from the BBQ huts, which are built differently, and the carports, which have no log walls, the walls are 44 mm tongue-and-groove wall logs in spruce or pine. On the arched glamping pods, the curved shell is 18 mm boards fixed to the arches. One clad log cabin has 34 mm wall sections instead. The structural parts carry the same numbers as the parts list and the drawings; some material comes by the metre instead. A kit goes into production once at least the deposit has reached us. The process, from choosing a model to building it, is set out step by step on the How it works page.

Illustration: five wall logs in a stack, numbered 61 to 65 on their ends, next to a wall drawing marked with the same numbers, with 63 circled on the drawing
The 63 on the end of the log is the 63 on the wall drawing and in the parts list.

The foundation, paint, electrics, water and heating are not part of what we sell, and neither is assembly: you put the building up, or a carpenter you hire does. If you want a company that turns up with a crew and hands you the key, that is not us.

If no model is quite right, tell us the space you have and we will point you to the model that comes closest.

What we do not publish yet

  • Thermal figures for the walls.
  • A delivery price list. Delivery is priced for your address and invoiced when your kit is ready.
  • The full conditions of the 10-year warranty.
  • Photographs of every model as a finished building. Most pictures on the product pages are computer-generated images; the Projects page has photographs of finished buildings from the kit designs we sell.
  • A fixed delivery date. The 8 to 10 weeks to delivery, counted from the day your payment reaches us, is an estimate, not a promise.
