Missing or damaged parts
If a part is missing or damaged, tell us at [email protected]. We replace it free of charge and send it within 2 weeks. The risk of loss of or damage to the kit in transit stays with us until the pallets are handed over to you at your address.
Warranty
SIA Tuuya, Kārļa Ulmaņa gatve 119, Mārupe, LV-2167, Latvia, gives a 10-year warranty on the timber structure of the kit. To claim under the warranty, write to us at [email protected]. If you buy as a consumer, you are entitled by law, free of charge, to remedies if the kit does not conform to the contract, and the warranty does not affect those rights.
